Dear R&D:

We have a client that is using Item Additional Information to store information that needs to be printed in PO. Unfortunately, the field is only one character and it is printed in a new line by itself. Also, the user needs to remember for each line to add the additional Item information and clear any other information that doesn't need to go in the Purchase Order.

This issue can be solved if the designer can read the Item Optional Fields and print them on an item line.

Will the new designer show all the available fields?
