What settings are required in Internet Explorer 8 to allow the download .url's to actually work? I have my email with the download .url's, and when I click on the .url Explorer opens but the download screen does not open. If I type the .url into the navigation bar myself, nothing happens. If I type the .url in and click 'refresh', the previous page I had open refreshes.

(My workaround for today involved a different computer and Firefox, but this is hardly seamless!)
