A client opens the AR Adjustment Batch list
They then run the create writeoff batch for a specific customer
- the new batch shows up on the batch list.
They run the create writeoff batch again for another customer
- the new batch doesn't show up on the batch list
They close the batch list and re-open and both batches are there.
I re-created the issue on my own PC, so it appears to be a refresh setting that needs to be changed in the program. Has anyone else seen this error?
