we just started using the Sales CQ this morning to send leads out to sales persons & follow up on replys. When we do a scan for "user" & another field it ignores the user filter. It will pick up on other users not specified. When we "re scan" within the found data it still finds the previous range, not a refined search. We need to be able to scan by notes &/or callbacks dictated by user. How should we set this up?

I just played some more & I can scan for code, then scan it for user, BUT not both together. I would like to do two fields at the same time ....is this possible? I need to remove the 1st scan info to get the 2nd scan to work. This is wrong to my thinking. Is there something I am missing?
