We have ran into a peculiar matter here and wonder if you can shed some light on the following...
In printing the Tax Summary Report for one of our clients I've noticed there's another page which pops up to print after the Tax Summary Report is sent to the printer. This 1 page report gives a synopsis of the tax amounts collected per jurisdiction for all of the tax groups.
The Tax Summary report I printed indicates the tax collected for the EC (source currency) sales is EC $125,941.11, and the tax collected for the US (home currency) sales is US $30,211.26. On this "Summary Page" however, I'm given a total tax amount of $156,152.37. It appears the system has merely added both total together which makes this section of the report utterly useless for anyone in a multi-currecy environment.
We are trying to determine if this is a glitch on Softrak's end, or whether perhaps there may be a configuration problem in the client's database?????
Client Configuration: 4 Tax Groups - Two setup for US currency and two setup EC currency. US is the home currency. If this is an unknown issue, and you're unable to re-create, please let me know and I'll email the pdf file to you.
