I need to do a QR on PR data. Are the "deduction details" for the current payroll available to call for a report. I was not able to locate them on my first look at the PR data files listed.

Hi Ken,

You absolutely can report on Payroll deduction details. If you look in the QRASP directory for a file called PRINFO.DOC, there is a Word document that contains the list of all the accessible deductions and their associated sub-detail IDs. USPR reporting requires a different format than most programs.

The second half of this document shows a sample report that should prove useful as to setting up the formulas required for your report, etc.
