I'm trying to recapp some item sales with costs from O/E in QRW; however, It reposts lines that have been completed with blanks in qty shipped this time, extended invoice price and extended order cost. Since all of these are numeric fields, I am unsure as to how to filter out the nulls ... Can anyone share some suggestions???

Hello Joe,

From your description, you are reporting on Orders as well as Invoices and Credit notes.

Unless you ship on Orders, the Qty shipped this time will be 0. On Orders, Extended invoice price and Extended cost are also 0.

If you do not wish to report on Orders, add a record selection formula:
Document type <> "Orders"

you got me on the right track; except, I had to use the "like" command because the document type field is not numeric!!!
