Cannot open non-existant file f:\asp\data\cbx00165.amc.
This message may indicate a serious problem.
Then it says something about a Critical Error.
We have just upgraded from IC 6.2 to IC 6.5a and have upgraded Cashbook to 6.5B.
I am having a problem posting Cash Batches.

This situation only occurs for Bank Code "02".
Bank Code 01 is Posting fine.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
I have tried to delete the batch but it is not allowed because there is a Printed Manual Cheque.

Hi Bernie,

Your issue is related to running under Novell and Client 32. There is a patch available to fix this; if you have a dealer, they will be able to get this for you as long as you have Cashbook 6.5B installed, which you do. This patch is available on the Peresoft website.

If you have to post your batches right away and can't wait for the patch, then you can copy the data to a local drive and do the posting there. It is interesting that it works for one bank code and not for another.
