O/E Question:
When do the active Orders move to History?
We are entering a new order today, and later we perform O/E Day End Processing.
We then open the History screen and select the “Items” tab.
We filter by Item number and enter one of the Items that we invoiced earlier in the day & click the “Load History” button.
However, the Order # and the Item do not appear in the list.
Is there a way to look up what Orders are outstanding for a specific Item number, especially if an Order has recently been entered and posted?
