Internal Error: [2708] file handle invalid

Hello, IT moved the Adagio data to a new path. When selecting the GLOB.*** file, we get the error message: "Internal Error: [2708] file handle invalid".
Any idea what could be causing the issue?

Hi Rachel:
More likely the new location doesn't have the correct rights.
The Adagio users should have Full Control permissions for both Softrak and data folders.
