Hi,

I get the error:
Access violation at address 00F2DFD8 in module 'Payables.exe' Read of address 0000002C

Any ideas how to fix?

Thanks,

Wendell

Hi Wendell:

We would need more background to be able to answer that. But answer these two questions and then send me (1) the import file and (2) screen images of the 3 tabs of your import template.

Which version of Payables?
At what point does the error message occur?

Thanks Bruce, It did turn out to be a file formatting issue. The error message threw me off but when I took a closer look at the import file and the help files I was able to get it imported.
