Has anyone figured out a way to put a logo in the body of an email cover letter?

I'm pretty sure it's not straight-out doable.

Thanks

Steve

Hi Steve:

The email cover-sheets are in "plain text" format, not HTML. Therefore it isn't possible to insert a logo.

However, (1) if the volume is low, (2) Adagio email is configured for "Outlook" and (3) the user's Outlook is configured to not sent automatically, it could be done manually. My Outlook is configured so that emails go into the "Outbox" and wait until I initiate a "Send". When I email a batch of Invoices from Adagio, I go into the Outbox to review and edit the email messages, including inserting a signature with a logo if I want. It works well, but the volume has to be very low to be practical.

Outlook supports macros (like Excel does) so the process could probably be automated but I have never tried an Outlook macro.
