When we place orders in PO, we have to select the Ship Via every time (courier, pick up, delivery, etc.), depending on who the Vendor is and where they are located. Is there a way to set a default Ship Via for each individual Vendor so that field will be populated automatically when that particular vendor is selected?

This is a function of the Security Group's entry template. Select the Ship Via you want for the group from the dropdown list in the template.

The function is by Security Group, not be vendor.

This feature has been added in the PurchaseOrders 9.3B (2022.01.13) Upgrade just released:

When integrated with Adagio Payables version 9.3C or later, creating a new purchase order will use Ship Via and FOB Point values from the vendor.
