Hi, we recently switched to Cloud and now we can only attach one document at a time to an AP invoice. This slows down attaching files considerably.

I understand this is a known glitch - any idea when it will be fixed. I was hoping when I saw 9.3C available, but I didn't see it listed in the fixes.

I tried this in 9.3C - on premise - and ran into the same issue, but only for Payables. It works fine in Receivables and Ledger. I opened a bug for this issue.

While creating an invoice, I click the attachment icon,

and the file explorer comes up, but I can only select one document. If I ctrl click or ctrl shift click, it still only selects the last item I click on.

Once I click at least one item, I can then click on the same file attachment icon, and click New, then I am able to select multiple items in the file explorer

So multiple items can be attached, but it takes at least two attempts.

Yes, it's only happening in Payables, but it did work before in our on-premise Payables, so it must have started in the last 4-5 months.
