As you are a aware we have been having printing issued coming out of the adagio server since a Windows update on the server. Even when you changed servers the issues are not resolved. Again we can't print again today. the entire system is hanging again and we have to close adagio manually. Your server print drivers need to be fixed. I know you said it was caused by a windows update however it has now been over 6 weeks of this mess and someone needs to look into this and fix it. The Adagio specs have not changed however our printouts and posing journals are printing off the page since this update. We have updated all our printer drivers so i know it's your system. As a business, we can't afford another 4 day down time just to find out when it is back running we crash again in a few days. Our Adagio modules are all still showing no printers available at this moment. Adagio manager also are showing no printers on server. Please look into this asap. thanks
