I don't usually put multiple topics in one thread but they were all from the same client at the same time...

Adagio Invoices - this client has a problem with clerks overriding the customer terms code in the Totals tab of the invoice. My suggestion is to implement Entry Template functionality similar to that in OrderEntry, for each invoice field (except for the Items tab because access to those fields can already be restricted).

Notes #1 - this client also has a problem with users deleting or modifying other users' customer notes. My suggestion is to provide an option that allows users to only touch their OWN notes.

Notes #2 - this client wants to keep track of who is modifying customer records or invoices and what they are changing. The application log is not explicit enough. My suggestion is to provide an option to pop customer notes anytime a customer record is changed, with the user and date pre-filled, and the ability to enter a note description. The option would have three settings - disabled, enabled but optional, and entry required. And also to add notes functionality to Invoices and provide the same option there.

I know implementing these suggestions would require significant effort, but I think they would be valuable improvements to Adagio.
