We are using AR 9.3A (190821).

I am trying to recover 4 deleted cash batches in AR.

AR/Maintenance/Recover Batch/Cash

I can see the 4 cash batches with status "deleted". I can "Print Listing" on each one. However, when I click "Recover" I get a message, "0 batch(es) were recovered" followed by an access violation (screen shot attached).

I have tried multiple times and always get the exact same error. Can anyone help?

Those messages are difficult to resolve because there's little usable information. You are using the latest version - there is no newer service pack or hot fix. Let's rule out a data problem: Does the Data Integrity Check show any problems?

I did run DIC from AR and there are no data errors.

When you received the error, were you always trying to recover the same batch? Do you get the error on all 4 batches?

I'm using the identical AR version. I can Recover a deleted batch in Sample data. What happens if you try the Recover function in your Sample data?

I tried all 4 batches and they all have the same error. I opened some back up data from Feb and recovered a deleted cash batch. It worked great.

I can also recover other deleted cash batches in my live data. Just not the 4 I want. There must be something unique about them?
