We are currently using P.O.'s, A/P and EFT. In the A/P module there is really only 1 place to put an email address which is on the Vendor tab. The issue is that when we are emailing p.o.'s that's where it looks for the email address but it also pulls the same email when emailing EFT payment advices. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, at the current time, there isn't an email field for the "payee" contact as you have noted. Hopefully there will eventually be a full contacts tab in the Vendor profile like there is in AR.

A workaround would be to leave the email blank in the vendor profile so that when you email PO's or EFT advice from those vendors, it will add the email to the queue and pop a message saying "1 email added to the queue without email address". Then you can go to the queue and edit the email to add the address(es) you want it to go to, change the status to "To Send" and send them.
Or, if you're okay with both the PO contact and the AP contact getting both documents, you could just add both email addresses to the Vendor tab by separating them with a semi-colon.

Hello Suz,

An Advice Email Address, an Advice Contact and a Payee Email address have been added in the Payables 93B (20.02.17) Upgrade.

There is also a PO Email Address and PO Contact on the Payee/PO tab. However, they will not be used by PO until the next PO Release.
