We have upgraded a user to Outlook 2019 and she is unable to send out emails through adagio. Is there some kind of walk through to get her setup with outlook 2019 through Adagio?

Sorry for the delay in answering. There is nothing new that I am aware of. You do have to use the 32-bit release of Outlook to email from Adagio.

From the Email menu, you should verify that the information in Email Setup is correct. You may want to compare your settings to another station.
