AR 9.3A (190327)

Is anyone else experiencing when you drill down into the details of a cash batch in AR, the bottom line information is half cut off? For example, where it says on the bottom left, "Selected outstanding: 0.00" and on the bottom right, "Appled:126.38 Unapplied:0.00". (Screen shot attached).

We have been seeing this issue for 6 mos or longer and we were hoping the last service pack would fix it but no luck. Is there a way to fix?

That screen is resizable. Drag the top down or bottom up to make it fit on the Receivables desktop.

Or click Window | Original Sizes to get all the Windows to fit on the canvas.

Unfortunately those suggestions do not solve the issue. The bottom line remains cut off for all users for at least 6 months. I tried resizing the window, dragging the top down, bottom up, sides, etc., but the bottom line always remains half cut off. I also just tried resetting everything to the original sizes and unfortunately still no change.

Is this symptom on all computers or just some? On the computers where the problem appears, what is the Windows "text size"? There can be screen issues if it isn't set to "100% (default)".

My text size (and I think everyone else's) is at 100% which is the recommended. We have 2 monitors for each user both set to 1920 x 1080, also the recommended. Just now I tried 1280 x 960 and a few other settings and no change.

One thing to mention is that we are running Adagio through an RDP session or terminal server type of environment. So, I logged directly into the server and checked the resolution there and it is also 1920 x 1080 and font size is set to the default (not magnified). When I run AR directly on the server, the same cut off issue occurs.
