I need to export all of our GL transactions for our auditor and wondered where I go to do that. I just need a little direction. I took a look in the SAMDATA folder, but couldn't see where it might be located.

What version of Adagio Ledger are you using?

Hi CDCPG,

You could use the Detail Listing report and the Excel Direct Print feature to get them into Excel.

You could use the drill-down in the Financial Reporter and export these to Excel as well, including any attached document PDFs if you use Adagio DocStore.

If your auditor uses Caseware, then Adagio Ledger data can be retrieved directly into Caseware without having to export anything from Adagio. Maybe verify with your auditor what software they use.

You may want to get your Adagio consultant involved as part of the audit process.

Thanks for the response - using the detail listing is not going to provide it to me in the manner needed. Last year I believe that I used the folder that stores all of the financial data for the GL. The file name that came from the export was GL TRANSACTIONS. My recollection is that I can go to a folder where all the transactions are "stored" and get it from there.
