Hi LStanley,
When multiple copies are defined on an Adagio specification, printing always the entire set of pages for the first copy of the form, followed by all the pages for the second copy, and so on. So in your example, all the pages for the first copy of the check will print, followed by all the voided pages for the second copy of the check. There are no options to change the collation when printing forms to print all the page 1s for each copy, followed by all the page 2s, etc.
You might be able to accomplish this by setting up a printer driver that outputs 2 copies, with the desired collation, and print checks to that printer driver, as opposed to setting 2 copies on the specification.
What do you do with the backup copies of the checks? Is it just for internal filing? Perhaps you might investigate using Adagio DocStore to create a PDF copy of the check that attaches to the payment transactions in Payables, and can be viewed from the vendor transactions and even the financial reporter drill-down. That would save you having to deal with a second copy of Voided checks ever again.
