We just upgraded all our modules to current and when a deposit is done in BR (9.2A 180209), the amount that is retrieved to AR (9.3A 180622) doubles.

Meaning we received $1,000 to invoice #2222 in BR and when the batch gets retrieved to AR the Cash Batch has $1,000 applied to invoice #2222 plus $1,000 unapplied and the payment amount is now $2,000. It is also flowing through to the GL as a $2,000 payment from AR as well, but a $1,000 payment from BR.

Changed "Posting mode" to "Directly Create batches" in BR and I think that fixed the problem.

There is a hot fix released to deal with this issue. Your dealer will be able to provide you with the details to get it installed.

I waited a long time to do the update hoping that these fixes would be implemented in service packs so that I don't have this type of problem. Oh well, a little stressful but I have it figured out. Saved a few bucks too, as our dealer has not returned my call.

I was actually pushed to do the upgrade as I kept getting complaints from our invoicing department that they had to try to email invoices multiple times as the software kept returning errors that the file could not be found in the softmail directory (it was there though). Anyways, hopefully that problem is resolved with the new updates.
