Version 9.3A, Adagio Cloud Order Entry

Morning,

User received the following message when reviewing customer transactions:

-=-=-=

Access violation at address 006E41A5 in module 'ORDERENTRY.EXE'. Read of address 08E1FFF8.

-=-=-=

Message box would re-spawn immediately after clicking OK until my finger got tired. Had to use the adagio manager to end the application.

I understand from this user that it has happened twice before at the end of last week or the beginning of this week.

Thank you.

Joe:

The users Cloud Manager is likely out of date. We will be in touch to sort this out.

The latest had been installed and it did update itself prior to the problem occurring.
