When i am in BankRec and I print a Batch listing, The Batch listing prints right away but BankRec freezes for 1 to 10 mins as soon as i hit the print button. I does on multiple computers, and not on others. I am using the newest version of all adagio software.

What is the difference between the computers with the problems and those without?

Likely something is holding up the print job and BankRec is waiting for the signal that it's finished.

Are you using ePrint or DocStore and printing your reports to PDF?

The computers are all setup the same running the same software. there not difference in them.

I am not printing the reports to pdf, I hit the print button and print them out on the printer. I am not sure if we use ePrint or DocStore it would be what ever is setup by default.
