The fields you need, except for the customer name, are in the GL transaction file. This information can be dropped into Excel by using drilling down to the transactions from a financial statement and clicking the ExcelDirect button on the drill-down display.
You can use a VLOOKUP() into another sheet to pick up the customer or vendor name.
If you are regularly doing some specific analysis on these transactions, then you should consider adding
GridView to your Adagio module mix. It can get at all of this information easily and filter, sort and summarize it to your heart's content.
