We have (finally) upgraded to AP 9.3A. When posting a manual check batch my payables person is getting an error which states: Error: Copying soure file to Storage failed (11104) during call to ADocFilerUpdatePDFW

Please help? Not sure if this is a setting which needs adjusted, or if something's going wrong.

Likely this is an environment issue so please describe your environment, server and workstations.

What version(s) of Adagio did you upgrade from?

Is this new hardware as well?

Please note that solving environment issues is difficult on the forum, you may want to contact your Adagio Consultant for assistance.

Hi Erin,

This message is related to Adagio DocStore. Have you installed that program? If so, have you opened the DocStore program, enabled it in the Company Profile, and set the path where the PDFs will be saved? Is that path available for all Adagio users, or is it a private/local drive not accessible for all users?

When DocStore is integrated with Payables 9.3A, printing checks will save a copy of the image as a PDF file and attach it to the posted transaction for viewing from the vendor, and also to the batch for retrieving into Ledger 9.3A. One possible reason for this error is that the DocStore path has been defined to a location that cannot be found by all users, thus the PDF created or attached by one user cannot be located for another user.

Since your company is in the PSR program, there is an Adagio consultant already assigned to assist you when needed, and they are very knowledgeable.
