i have two questions regarding O/E ( new version and on cloud)

1. i have taken off show item pricing grid from the o/e entry screen, however I still want to see the category pricing like it was before by just pushing a button on the side or the entry screen. The show item pricing grid is not usable at this stage, It is not keyboard friendly and our order desk has made several entry errors in pricing because of it. Hence i turned it off. We do need to know the price for the different categories. Is there a way to put the back on the side?

2. I can not print a zero cost packing slip anymore. Please advise how or please fix.

Hi Treasure,

1) The item pricing that was previously available from the 'Pricing' button is now available from the 'i' information button to the right of the item number. You can also press the F4 key to open it. There's a lot more available information from this new inquiry screen.

2) If this issue is because your zero-dollar order was getting Completed when it should not have been, and thus preventing the packing slip from being printed, there already is a Hot Fix available to address this problem. You can get that through your Adagio consultant.

2. it maybe completing the order but it should not. i show 1 item lets say it's a sample item at zero dollars and it shows as 1 b/o'd until we deliver. I can not even print the packing slip to have it sent out to the customer. I will check with my dealer. thanks

I fully agree with you that the order should not be completed, if that is what's happening. That is what this fix will affect, so that you can post a zero-dollar that stays uncompleted.

Since you are on Adagio Cloud, the administrators have been made aware of what's happened, and the fix for OE will get installed.

While we're talking about fixes i am also have an issue where comments won't print from my packing slip forms from my windows 7 computer only from my windows 10 computers. I'm hoping a fix is in the works for that too or maybe included in that hot fix?
