We recently upgraded to Office 365. Since doing so none of the emails sent from Adagio are showing up in sent items.

We have tried setting up both Mapi and Direct methods. Scouring through your forums I found similar issues but nothing the same.

Email is flowing but we have no record of them. Are you aware of this and do you have a fix?

I also use Office 365 (2016), and when I email forms via MAPI, I see the sent emails in my Sent Items folder in Outlook.

We are unaware of any problems in this area. You will need to discuss this with your Adagio consultant, as it will be difficult to troubleshoot this situation over a support forum. Maybe there is an email setup portion that is not completed, in either Adagio or Office.

Is recommendation to go with Office 2016? Currently we are using Office 2013. If 2016 is supported we can move forwarded with the upgrade.

Understandable, just looking to see if we can move forward with Office 2016.

You can move forward with Office 2016. I don’t think this will solve your problem. The issue is somewhere between Office and Adagio.
