We've recently upgraded from Office 2007 to Office 365.
When I emailed from the Invoices 9.2A module using the Direct email option in email setup, it worked just fine.
Now, under Office 365, it will not access external emails, although if I do a test email, it is successful in the internal email system.
Our IT guys are at a loss, however, they have succeeded in using the MAPI option, but this seems to require extra steps to "allow" it to proceed.
