UPDATE -- THIS IS RESOLVED -- a Reinstall resolved the issue. I'm leaving the post up, just in case someone else runs into the same thing.


Hi there,
When my client prints her posting journal, she gets the following:
Adagio Invoices
Error: Missing method 'instance class
CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.SubreportController
[SoftrakSystems.Adagio.Reporting]
CrystalDecistions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc.ISCDReportClientDocument::Get_SubreportController() from class
"CrystalDecistions.ReportAppServer..ReportClientDocumentWrapper"

When I click Ok, then the Print dialog box is up and it says "Printing Report". We need to use Task Manager to terminate the program in order to clear the message.
