When I try to email from Adagio OE I get a warning from Outlook 2010 and have to allow the email to be sent. Fine for one email but when we are sending many invoices this is a headache. Haven't seen a "fix" for this. Anyone else had this problem and found a workaround? I want to use Mapi so I have a copy in my sent folder.

Hi Doug

I have a client that was able to disable that warning, it had to be done in Outlook. It does reduce the security profile of Outlook, but they were willing to live with that. Shoot me an email and I'll forward you their contact info. It was far too technical for me.

Hi Doug,

As Steve has suggested you can modify the security in Outlook but there is a shorter way home.

There is a simple shareware solution called "ClickYES", that acts as a macro that works with any Mapi email solution. Be careful when you download it if you google it (because of all the addins that pop up) or email us and we can send you the exe that we downloaded many years ago to make MAPI emailing simply cook.

The macro installed will answer all of the question prompts instantaneously, and so you can send hundreds of email invoices using MAPI.

Everyone that uses MAPI should be using this macro program. And it's free and works effortlessly with Adagio. Some of our sites have been using ClickYES for over 5 years

Best,
Brian
