Do a screen capture from the Ledger Login screen so I can see the path and extension of the data

Then Maintenance | Maintain Financial Reports but don't open a statement

Start Process Explorer, select the LedgerFinRep, then Right Button Properties, and do a screen capture from the image tab.

Exit the Financial Reporter and the General Ledger.

Now start the LedgerFinRep.exe and do another screen capture from the image tab of Process Explorer.

Gather the three screen shots into a zip file and upload to www.softrak.com/dbr attention Tech Support

Include SDAPPLOG.??? from your data folder and ADSError.log from ..\Softrak\System folder, if they exist, in the zip file you upload.

I sent it. I just couldn't find ADSError.log. Yeah, there's no path/information showing for LedgerFinRep when opening from the shortcut.

To complete this thread, the problem turned out to be a Windows user security rights issue. When that was resolved, the Financial Reporter problem no longer occurred.
