In my list of outstanding cheques in Accounts Payable, I have some cheques that are "Void" but will not come off the list after I have said yes to clear cheques that are not outstanding. I suspect it is because the "Void" cheques have no date. I didn't do the cheque run but I suspect it was from a cheque batch where the printing didn't work out so they were re-run.

I'm surprised that there has been no reply to this question in just over a month. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You are correct that the lack of a date is the problem. That should not have happened - you can't do that if you tried! On the plus side, there is no harm except for the annoyance of seeing that Void check on the list.

Do you have an Adagio consultant? If yes, do they have Adagio GridView Read/Write? That's what is needed to fix this problem, and it is a simple fix. You will want to give them your data and have them do the repair. (Alternatively you can buy GridView Read/Write but I highly doubt it is worth it in this case).
