When printing the GL transaction report to Excel file format, the amounts and totals become misaligned with the debit and credit column headers. This affects all modules and has been occurring since the December update. How did this issue arise and what can be done to correct this?

Thanks.

Hello Fong,

Try exporting the report using one of the different Excel formats and see if that is a better format for you. The exporting of reports changed when we move all the Adagio reports to SAP 2013 in the 9.2A releases.

If you are just archiving the reports, I'd suggest using PDF format instead of saving them as Excel.

Thank you Andrew for your advice.
I have found the Excel Data Only format work for me. It will serve my purpose.
I use the the G/L Transactions in Excel for data sorting.

Hi Fong,

You might also find that using File | Export | Transactions would better meet your needs.
