Upgrade Plans are described on our web site here.

For details of your plan coverage and when it expires, you can always contact your Adagio Reseller or our Customer Service department at info@softrak.com or 1-800-663-9798.

The Upgrades Plan covers you for all Upgrades to the module issued during the term of the plan, and notification of all Service Packs issued during that time. Adagio Clients on a current Plan are able to post questions in our Technical Support Forum. Plans allow you to easily budget an amount to keep your software current, rather than having to justify a large single expense when we issue a useful feature in an Upgrade.
