Using Invoices 9.1A (141016) and MS Office Standard 2010 v. 14.0.7140.5002. My last email of invoices was successful on April 4th for monthly billings. Attempted same procedure on May 4 and when 'Sending All' from the Email Queue and accepting the "Send x selected emails now?", no further action takes place and the email(s) are still in the queue as unsent. The only update to the system was the normal annoying Windows update when shutting down. Any suggestions?

Direct or MAPI? If you switch, does it send properly?

We are finding that for some of our clients using Direct they now need to use authentication where they did not previously. Not sure if this is a MS Update issue or something that is going on in the ISP world.

Has been set to Direct. Changed to MAPI and works but with the annoying 'Allow' pop-ups. I'm also going to try authentication. Thanks for the suggestions.
