A client issues PO's with unit costs out to 3 decimals. Adagio PO can handle this with a Profile setting, but there are a number of issues that arise.

Issue 1:

Right now, the "Use as default unit cost" is set to "Most recent cost", and the "Update IC most recent cost" is set to "Net Item cost" in Profile. However, a most recent cost of 0.129 rounds to 0.130 when entering a PO detail.

To get around this, I had to make the following changes, and I'm hoping there's an easier way: 1) check off "Use IC alternate price list" in Profile, 2) change the "Use as default unit cost" to "Standard cost", 3) change the "Update second cost to "Standard cost with Net Item cost", 4) create an IC Alternate Price List called "3D" and assign the item to this APL, with 3 decimals, 5) make sure that when entering the PO to enter the Price List "3D" in the PO Header.

Issue 2:

Is there a way to have the unit cost on a PO print variable decimals, similar to the way Adagio Invoices can? Right now, they are using spec code D46 - Stock Purchase Unit Cost.

Issue 3

I'm so afraid that if I set Profile to update Standard Cost, the client will accidentally not select Price List "3D" and the PO will update the master item "standard cost" instead of the APL "markup cost". What's a good way to control this?

All of this is necessitated because the PO detail screen rounds the most recent cost to decimals. Is this something you can change easily?

Thanks
