Several inventory items are not calculating quantity and cost correctly.
Ex: Receive 20, cost out 18 should leave balance of 2. Instead is leaving balance of 0 on several items.

Just a few questions before replying!

• By "cost out", do you mean "ship" or "adjust"?
• Are you entering these transactions directly in Inventory or through Invoices/OrderEntry?
• Has Day End been run?
• What costing method is in use for the item?
• What method are you using to determine the quantity on hand? (The Grid, A report (which one), A GridView Workspace?)
• What version of Adagio Inventory are you running?

Thank you for getting back to me.
1. Shipping and assembly.
2. Through Purchase Order
3. Yes
4. Item Inquiry transaction history, costing and quantities.

Item shows receipt of proper quantity and assembly or shipment correct but I should have inventory left with cost and the item shows zero. This is on several items and continues to happen.
