I cannot e-mail A/R Statements. When I try a test email run, the message window pops open stating "There was an error during email test procedure." I have not changed any settings, in Adagio or Windows Live mail, so not sure why this is happening?

I think this is going to be hard to troubleshoot over the forum. Obviously something changed somewhere. Were Windows Updates installed recently? Can you send a regular email through the path that Adagio is trying to use? Have you checked with your "IT Department" to see if they changed anything recently?

Which version of AR are you using?
Are you using MAPI or Direct as your send method?
Who is your email with? Telus, Shaw, Rogers, Google?
Are you using an Exchange server?

In general the answer to why it worked before and is not working now is because something changed.

This can be a difficult problem to solve over the forum as there are many different interrelated pieces to the problem that could be quick to fix if I was in front of it but may take a lot of back and forth discussion in this forum. Your Adagio consultant may be able to sort this out much faster by working with you directly.

Thank you both for replying. I should have known that it would be a bit too complicated to resolve on the forum. I am using Windows 7 and there was an update on March 4th, which is the only thing that has changed. I was hoping this would be an easy answer, but since I am more of a bookkeeper, and less of an IT person, I will heed your advice and contact my Adagio consultant. Thanks again!!
