I just updated to the latest Vers of A/L and i noticed that i cant enter the Date
10192015 i have to enter 10-19-2015.
This will create a lot more keystrokes..
when entering data.

How do i change this back to the original method. Since vers 6.

Check your regional settings and make sure the short date is MM/DD/YYYY (enter as 101915), or DD/MM/YYYY in which case don't forget to put the day before the month when you enter 191015 (no need to enter the 20 in 2015).

The only date that seems to work is the mm/dd/yy
but not the others.?

Any short date format that is only digits should work in the field. I tested "m/d/yy" and "dd-mm-yy" both.

But you don't need to enter all those digits. In any date field in Adagio, if you are happy with the month and year displayed, but just need to change the day value, then enter the day and press tab. The month and year will be picked up automatically.

That should save you hundreds of keystrokes (a day)!
