I have just upgraded to Sage 50 Simply accounting 2015 and just upgraded to Adagio FX V9.1B(141126). When I try to retrieve data from Simply accounting I am receiving this error: Unable to locate the database driver, MYSQL ODBC 5.2a Driver. No retrieve of data is done.

What do I have to do to fix this problem.

Here is a Tech Tip on our website that describes 2 possible problems when attempting to retrieve Sage 50 data into Adagio FX.

The error message you indicated is the first one in the tech tip. The suggestion solution there is to remove the 'Adagio FX MySQL' ODBC driver.
