We've installed the ledger 9.2 upgrade. Now when I try printing anything in a/p, a/r, or invoicing, I am getting error messages
In a/p, printing the cheque reconciliation or a batch lisitng, the message is "print engine not found" - same thing printing an overdue receivables listing in A/R which then shows a message Error.120 Lookup item not found :: Formulas.Name:= HeaderFooterDateFormat
in Invoicing, printing a posting journal the error reads "Access violation at address 009b0ed6 n module 'Invoices.exe'. Read of addresss 000000000. - at which point my computer locks up, and I have to force Invoicing to close with an ensuing message: Internal Error: [2103] applicatiion handle invalid.
Other workstations are not (yet) experiencing this issue, I suspect largely is due to them not using the G/L.
When I enter Invoicing and A/R, I get a message which seems to be pointing to a Crystal Reports file that is no longer supported. Error:103 Failed to obtain Version Information from CRPE32.DLL
Gotta tell you that the 2 weeks since installing the upgrade has been Frustrating.

Hi, again,
Seems that when GL9.2 was installed at this site, there were install issues caused by the anti-virus software (AVG Business Edition version 3495) not having exclusions for all things Adagio. Once the Softrak and QRASP folders were excluded (not that QRASP has any effect with 9.2 versions of Adagio), the install proceeded just fine. Printing in GL9.2 was tested and it worked as well.
However, as printing in other non-9.2 versions of Adagio had always worked, they were not retested. Later it was found that Marc and others received the3 error about the Crystal Engine not being found.
Turns out that those modules were all upgraded at the same time as GL9.2A was trying to be installed. As the CRPE32.dll no longer existed in the Softrak folder, it seems the antivirus may have deleted it at that time.
Anyway, the CRPE32.dll is back in the proper location and printing has been restored to non-9.2A modules also.
