Customer is using Sales CQ 8.1B.

After changing “Quote expiry date” or “Expected close date” in company profile (Quotes tab) from 30 to 45 days setting, during creation of the new quote the expiry days is still calculated as quote date + 30

How to fix this?

Hi Vlad,

The Company Profile setting is just an initial default. The real company default can be found in Maintenance / Define Quote Entry Template.

If the customer uses Security Groups, then this setting can be differently defined on the security group as opposed to the global location above. Edit from File / Groups and look at the Quote Template tab.
