We are still getting PO Vendor Total Record errors. We carefully looked at all possible hardware instabilities and have already corrected anything that we suspected might be an issue. We hoped the problem would go away but it has not. We continually crash PO on an almost daily basis. It seems to be that the old problem in PO with multiple users that was fixed has returned. The integrity check within PO makes corrections to the data, however, we can't prevent the problem for occurring or repair it without having everyone exit Adagio.

Hi Susan,

We have checked the Snapshot you sent and it looks like you were having a couple of hardware problems. No one else is reporting this problem to us, so I think our ability to help you with this via the Forum is limited. As you know, the DIC within PurchaseOrders will generally "fix" the data enough to get you back without errors, but you'll end up having to make adjusting entries somewhere.

If you can can isolate a way to make the problem repeatable we might have somewhere to look.
