We recently installed PO 8.1D (140310). It's working great!

Only thing we noticed is that when you create a new PO or quick receipt, you cannot F6 search for the Vendor anymore?

Second minor detail is that when you send an email, it defaults to add to queue instead of send now. In other modules it defaults to send now. In PO we have to change it to send now every single time.

This problem has been duplicated and forwarded to R&D.

It only happens on the Vendor code that is on the Header tab. Finder / Smart finder both work properly from the Find Vendor and from the document line detail.

There is a suggestion on the wishlist to change the email option.

Apparently the down arrow will correctly bring up the finder correctly, but not F5. And F6 has a problem as well, so we need to fix that too.

Hi Susan

Using the print button on the PO Document List window, or right clicking the PO and selecting print will both default to 'Add to queue'; but selecting Reports>Print documents from the menu bar will default to 'Send now'. Personally, I'd rather see this switched but it is there for you.
