When a Purchase Order have receipts posted against them, whether or not particular lines or the PO are completed, the PO details are updated for the Extended Order Cost amount. Completed details actually have a 0.00 amount if you looked at the data with GridView. So indeed re-printing a PO will show what currently remains on the PO, not what the original PO was. And to re-print the original PO, you would need a backup copy of the printout.
And yes, having ePrint makes this easy, especially when the 'Archive vendor PDF copy' is enabled, because these PDFs can be viewed and re-printed directly from the Vendor Transactions screen for PO documents.
