Dear Adagio Community,

As you may already know Putin’s Russia occupied part of Ukrainian territory, semi island Crimea.
Putin’s military pressure is constantly growing nevertheless all attempts of Ukrainian government, EU, USA and many other counties, members of the United Nations peacefully settle the situation in Cimea

The current situation is that, the full scale military aggression against Ukraine can happen any day.

In such circumstances, I am afraid I cannot participate in the 2014 AOC in Vas-Vegas.
All of my resources, time and availability must be concentrated to help my family in Ukraine and other Ukrainian people that can suffer from military intervention

I also plan to visit Ukraine as the international observer during President’s Elections that is set for May 25, 2014

Vlad, I have a cousin who was spending a two year term there for voluntary service. They left the country and headed to Poland for safer territory.
