Regarding A/R 9.1A and designing customer statements. Is there a Adagio Forms Designer video that I can access for A/R statements? My statements went out of alignment when data was transferred to new computer system.

Mabel,

The usual culprits are Windows' settings on the new computer. These include:

-- Display set for large fonts. Only the small fonts setting works correctly under the usual Windows interface.
-- Regional settings. These need to be set to English(United States). The system locale under the "Administrative" tab also needs to be set to English(United States).

Hi Mabel:
You don't need to use the Forms Designer. You need to configure the Windows Regional settings on your new computers to match the Regional settings on your old computers. It's likely that your old computers were "English (United States)" while your new ones are "English (Canada)".
