This was pointed out to me by one of our users:

When accessing Item Maintenance from OE, two columns that we have selected to view are reversed in the data they present.
The column for Qty on SO has the value for Qty on PO and vice versa.

This seem to be the case only in OE, not in IC or PO as far as I could see and only in the Maintenance table, not on Item Inquiries, but my sleuthing only went so far!

We are using all current versions of these programs, I think.

In the meantime, if this is a problem for you, you can access the Column Editor for that grid and change the Titles you see for those two fields (they were reversed as you reported).

However, you will want to revisit this grid in OE after the next release.

I used the Column Editor to change it. The Field Selections were correct but the Titles in the Field Properties were reversed. I think it is fixed. Thanks.
